What happens after I place my order?

Once an order is placed, please allow 2-3 business days for processing. Ezie is pleased to offer complimentary shipping within the United States for orders over $200. This is automatically applied to your order at checkout.

 

Expedited shipping options are available on an individual basis. To inquire, please email hello@ezieny.com.

 

Please note that due to COVID-19 limitations, processing, delivery and shipping rates may vary.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally. However, as we grow, we are always updating our services. Please stay tuned.

 

What forms of payment does Ezie accept?

We currently accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Klarna.

 

Can I change or cancel an order?

Once an order is placed, we are unable to change or cancel it. However, if you feel the order was made in error, please email us hello@ezieny.com.

 

What is your return policy?

You may return or exchange eligible items in their unworn, unaltered state, with all tags still attached within 14 days of shipment delivery. Ezie reserves the right to refuse the return of any garments that do not meet this criteria. Sale or discounted items may be exchanged or returned for store credit only. Return labels and charges are not covered.

How do I care for my garment?

Each garment comes with a care instructions tag. For best results, please adhere closely to it. As an alternative, we recommend dry cleaning only for longevity.

 

How does your pre-order service work?

Consistent with our commitment to sustainability, our pre-order service allows us to produce in specific, high-quality and exclusive quantities to minimize our carbon footprint. These pieces are made to order and marked with their expected ship date.

 

Please note that the entire pre-order amount will be charged at the time the order is placed. Once your order is available and ready to ship, you will receive an email update. Pre-ordered items can only be returned for store credit within 14 days, unworn, unaltered, and with all tags intact. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.
